Do you ever find yourself in the kitchen after a long day wondering what to make for dinner? It used to happen to me quite often. I would absent-mindedly grab a bag of chips and start munching while I tried to figure out what I could possibly make. If I was lucky, I made a plan and actually cooked dinner before the bag was empty. If not, then the bag of chips WAS dinner, and my problem was solved. Well, I have improved quite a bit since making a concerted effort to plan my meals in advance for the week, but I still find nights when I feel too tired to even prepare what I had planned.
